Anders Overaa Thygesen

I'm a former astronomer turned data scientist, currently emloyed at Grundfos A/S, working on data initiatives within manufacturing in the context of Industry 4.0, including advanced analytics and machine learning. 
During my time in astronomy, I specialized in deriving accurate stellar parameters and chemical abundances of cool stars, using high resolution optical spectroscopy from some of the world largest telescopes. The goal is to get a better understanding of how all the elements we're made up of, came about.
